Student Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Commitment to Growth: We believe that the best relationships are built upon trust, honesty, and a shared commitment to personal growth. As students, we encourage you to embrace the journey of learning and continuously challenge yourself.

• Inclusive Environment: At HoloRhythm, diversity is celebrated. We welcome individuals of all ages, backgrounds, religious beliefs, sexualities, and gender identities. Our inclusive community is a safe space for everyone.

• Respectful Engagement: Treat fellow students, teachers, and staff with respect and kindness. Engage in discussions and interactions thoughtfully, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Instructor Excellence:

• Expertise: Our instructors are highly trained and experienced in various facets of music. They are here to guide and inspire you on your musical journey.

• Effort and Progress: Attending classes or training sessions at HoloRhythm offers an accelerated path to your goals, but your results are directly proportional to your effort both in and outside the classroom.

Cancellation Policy:

• Lesson Rescheduling: We understand life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a lesson, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. This allows for effective resource allocation and preparation. If you are experiencing an emergency, or some other extentuating circumstance such as illness or a death in the family - please notify us as soon as you are able and we will schedule a make-up lesson for you. 

• Single 30 or 60 minute lessons: make-up lessons can be scheduled without forfeiture of your lesson fee if you reschedule 24 hours or more BEFORE the start of your lesson. 

• 4-Lesson Bundles: You must use your bundle of 4 lessons within 8-weeks of purchase. It is up to the student to contact instructor to re-schedule make-up lessons. Failure to re-schedule and show up to for your lessons or make-up lessons without reason within 8-weeks does not constitute a partial or full refund. 

• Monthly memberships: Student will be expected to keep a standing lesson time with their instructor. Monthly Membership students are able to cancel or reschedule up to the lesson time without penalty. 

• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time will result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee. This policy respects both your time AND our instructors' efforts.

Feedback and Improvement:

• Your Voice Matters: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you ever feel dissatisfied with a lesson, please share your feedback with us. Whether it's about teaching style, personal circumstances, or any other factor, your insights help us improve.

• Privacy: We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Your feedback will be used solely to enhance our teaching methods and serve you better.
